We are hiring Retail Sales & Marketing Associates to represent national brands inside partnered retail locations throughout the Saint Louis area. This is a full-time, in-person W-2 position focused on customer engagement, product education, and basic sales support.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building communication skills, and gaining hands-on experience in retail marketing. No prior sales experience is required — paid training is provided.
This position is not remote, not door-to-door, and not commission-only.
Pay & Schedule
- Weekly base pay: $600–$800 (based on schedule and performance)
- Additional performance bonuses available
- Full-time hours (30–40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers inside partnered retail locations
- Educate customers on current products, services, and promotions
- Answer questions and help customers select options that fit their needs
- Assist with basic sign-ups or documentation when applicable
- Maintain a professional in-store presence
- Work with your team to help meet daily and weekly goals
- Deliver friendly and reliable customer service
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and follow training guidelines
- Customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required
