Job Summary
The Store Merchandiser & Visual Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring our products are perfectly merchandised and visually presented across customer retail stores. The role includes in-store merchandising, visual execution, sales support, customer training, and stock analysis, to maximize sell-through and brand visibility. This position requires frequent store visits, strong retail knowledge, and a hands-on approach to supporting customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute in-store merchandising and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines
- Ensure correct product placement, planograms, signage, and displays
- Maintain high visual standards at all times (clean, full, organized displays)
- Adapt merchandising based on store size, layout, and customer profile
- Actively support sell-out by advising store staff on product positioning and best sellers
- Build strong relationships with store managers and sales teams
- Identify sales opportunities and upselling strategies in each store
- Monitor stock levels in customer stores
- Analyze sales and stock data to suggest replenishment orders
- Identify slow-moving and fast-moving items
- Support stock rotation and markdown recommendations when needed
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2–5+ years of retail sales, merchandising, or visual merchandising experience
- Experience in sports, footwear, apparel, or lifestyle retail (strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to merchandise products in multi-brand retail environments
Preferred Profile
- Background in sports retail or passion for sports/active lifestyle
- Previous experience working with wholesale or key retail accounts
- Understanding of retail KPIs and sell-through performance
Should have Car and a Valid driving license and willingness to travel between stores

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
