Retail & Online Sales Manager

Location: UAE — Abu Dhabi & Dubai (regular travel between branches required)

Purpose: Own the performance of all three sales channels — Branch 1 (Abu Dhabi), Branch 2 (Dubai), and the online store. This person is the single accountable leader for driving revenue growth, customer experience, and team management across every place the business sells.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sets and tracks weekly and monthly sales targets for each channel — and is personally accountable for hitting them
  • Visits both branches regularly — Abu Dhabi and Dubai — to assess performance, coach staff, audit store standards, and identify on-the-ground opportunities to increase sales
  • Identifies and acts on sales opportunities: upselling, cross-selling, peak trading periods, footfall patterns, and conversion improvement
  • Manages, coaches, and holds accountable the sales associates at each sales point.
  • Ensures a consistent brand and customer experience across all three channels
  • Monitors stock levels per channel and coordinates with the CFO on inventory allocation to maximise sell-through
  • Develops and implements in-store and online sales initiatives — promotions, events, product launches — in coordination with the Brand & Marketing team.
  • Reports channel performance weekly to COO & CFO — sales, conversion, traffic, issues, and recommendations
  • Resolves escalated customer complaints that branch or online managers cannot handle
  • Leads the weekly sales team meeting across all channels
  • Feeds customer insights, bestseller data, and product feedback to the COO and the Creative team to inform collection decisions

You are NOT right for this role if:

  • You escalate every decision to COO or CEO.
  • You are not comfortable spending significant time on the road between Abu Dhabi and Dubai
  • You have never owned a revenue target and been held accountable for it
  • You manage people by email rather than presence

What success looks like in 90 days:

  • Both branches visited a minimum of once per week each
  • All sales channels have weekly targets set, tracked, and reported
  • A clear sales improvement plan is in place for the weakest channel
  • Team members have clear KPIs, SOPs and are operating independently
  • Monthly sales report delivered to COO without being asked
  • Month 3 sales are measurably higher than Month 1

Profile:

  • 5-10 years retail management experience, ideally in fashion, jewelry, or luxury accessories
  • Proven track record of growing sales — not just managing them
  • Experience managing multiple locations across Emirates is strongly preferred
  • GCC market experience essential — understands the UAE customer and buying behaviour
  • Strong communicator in Arabic and English
  • Comfortable with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Must have a valid UAE driving licence and own transport, or willingness to travel regularly between AD and Dubai

Estimated Salary: AED 10,000–14,000/month + performance bonus tied to sales targets & KPI.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
