RETAIL OPERATION SPECIALIST

Proficiency in Retail Operations for building materials and the ability to manage inventory, ensure stock availability, and streamline day-to-day processes

This is a full-time, on-site role located in As Suwaiq for a Retail Operations Specialist. The role involves overseeing daily retail operations, coordinating inventory management, and analyzing sales data for actionable insights. The Retail Operations Specialist will also ensure exceptional customer service, support the sales team, and maintain effective communication between staff and management to meet and exceed business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations in building material in Oman
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track key performance metrics, and optimize operational efficiency
• Fluent in Arabic, Malayalam, Hindi and English
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and provide high-quality customer experiences
• Proven experience in Sales and the ability to support team targets and drive revenue growth
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Ability to work on-site in As Suwaiq and maintain flexibility to adapt to business needs
• Experience in the retail industry and a relevant diploma or degree is preferred

Pay: RO250.000 - RO350.000 per month
