Full-Time Retail Operations Associate

STITCHED is seeking a full-time Retail Operations Associate to join our flagship location at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

As a multi-time winner of Best of Las Vegas: Men’s Retail, STITCHED is known for luxury and service. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Retail Operations Associate will support inventory flow and day-to-day operational execution in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and tag new merchandise
• Support purchase order and inventory flow
• Coordinate product transfers between locations
• Help with vendor returns and outbound client shipments
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy
• Maintain organized back-of-house operations
• Support day-to-day operational needs as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in inventory, retail operations, stock, receiving, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
• Comfort with spreadsheets and operational systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise as needed
