The business continues to expand its retail presence in the United States and is seeking experienced retail leaders to support its next phase of growth.
Position Overview
This role will oversee offline retail operations and store expansion initiatives across the United States. The business primarily operates neighborhood and standalone retail stores.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in:
- Multi-store retail operations
- Store expansion and site selection
- Team leadership
- Local marketing and customer acquisition
- Inventory and operational management
Candidates from fashion, beauty, accessories, specialty retail, or consumer lifestyle product backgrounds are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead retail operations and execute sales growth strategies across the US market
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations to achieve business targets and operational KPIs
- Drive new store expansion, including site selection, evaluation, and launch coordination
- Monitor store performance, staffing, inventory, and operational compliance
- Organize and optimize local marketing and customer engagement activities
- Recruit, train, and manage store managers and retail staff
- Conduct market research on competitors, retail locations, rental costs, and consumer trends
- Prepare operational reports and business analysis for senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to support business growth
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- 5+ years of retail operations experience
- 2+ years of multi-store or chain retail management experience
- Proven experience in store expansion and retail growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
