Job Summary:

Matchpoint Retail is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Head to lead and oversee overall retail operations for Levi’s Exclusive Brand Outlets. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, managing multi-store teams, and achieving overall business profitability targets.

The Retail Head will play a strategic role in expansion planning, performance management, brand representation, and strengthening Levi’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Drive overall sales performance across all Levi’s stores under Matchpoint.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, ATV, ASP, footfall, and store productivity.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotions, campaigns, and VM standards.

2. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth functioning of all stores.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, shrinkage control, and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for timely replenishment.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Managers, Store Managers, and retail teams.
  • Drive performance management systems and team productivity.
  • Conduct regular reviews, training programs, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Build a strong retail leadership pipeline across locations.

4. Customer Experience & Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent premium customer experience across all outlets.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain Levi’s brand standards, visual merchandising, and store ambience.

5. Financial & Business Planning

  • Prepare and manage retail budgets and P&L.
  • Analyze sales and financial reports to optimize costs and improve margins.
  • Identify new store expansion opportunities and growth markets.
  • Drive profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.

6. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and audit standards.
  • Maintain safety norms and operational controls across all stores.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • 10–15 years of experience in retail operations
  • Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience managing multi-location apparel retail operations preferred

Preferred Industry Experience:

Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, FMCG, or Consumer Retail Brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
