Retail Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end retail operations for multiple outlets across Lucknow and Kanpur.
Manage stock transfers, inventory planning, and reconciliation between branches and the central warehouse.
Conduct periodic location audits to ensure compliance with company policies and stock accuracy.
Implement Sales cum Operations strategies to boost store performance and profitability.
Drive operational efficiency and process improvements in store functions, merchandising, and sales execution.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 20+ members, ensuring productivity and accountability.
Prepare and present performance reports using Microsoft Power Tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Collaborate with the sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to design and implement retail growth initiatives.
Monitor retail KPIs, including sales targets, footfall, inventory turnover, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, branding standards, and customer experience benchmarks.
Coordinate with internal teams for store expansions, layout planning, and promotional campaigns.
Regular travel between Lucknow and Kanpur for branch supervision and audits.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
MBA/PGDM in Sales, Retail, or Operations Management will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations, preferably in the Automobile Aftermarket, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industry.
Team Handling: Proven experience in leading a team of at least 20 members.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Familiarity with retail ERP systems and reporting tools will be preferred.
Location: Candidates must be based in Lucknow or nearby areas.
Travel: Intercity travel between Lucknow and Kanpur is required.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,363.23 - ₹35,000.00 per month
