Retail Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Staff management: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff, including conducting performance reviews and providing professional development.
• Operational execution: Oversee day-to-day store activities, ensuring customer service standards are met and company policies are followed.
• Inventory and logistics: Manage stock levels, conduct assessments, and coordinate with suppliers to optimize inventory and minimize losses.
• Sales and performance: Develop and implement strategies to improve store sales and profitability, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Customer experience: Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers and handle customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Policy and compliance: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, conduct store audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, to execute promotional initiatives and with supply chain teams.
• Financial oversight: Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make decisions to maximize profitability.
