Job Title: Operation Manager - Retail

Reports to: CEO/General Manager

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, staff management, and inventory control

Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement

Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience

Lead and develop a team of sales associates, supervisors, and department heads

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

BA/BBA in Business Administration or related field

3-5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
