A reputed Hypermarket & Supermarket Group in Oman is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Manager to oversee and enhance retail performance across multiple store locations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of retail operations experience in hypermarkets and/or supermarkets OMAN or 5–8 years of experience in hypermarket/supermarket operations.
- Strong leadership skills with proven multi-store management experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Good knowledge of sales, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
- GCC retail experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor operations across multiple stores.
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and operational teams.
- Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with buying, logistics, and warehouse departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
