Role Overview
Junior Couture is seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Operations Supervisor to support and oversee daily retail and eCommerce operations across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UAE retail operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, and omnichannel commerce (store + online). This role supports operational efficiency, ensures excellent customer experience, and maintains brand standards across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities Retail Store Operations
- Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE retail regulations
- Monitor store performance metrics and operational KPIs
- Coordinate with store teams to maintain luxury service standards
- Support stock replenishment and visual merchandising execution
Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor inventory accuracy across retail stores and warehouse
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
- Coordinate stock transfers between locations
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Support seasonal stock planning and sell-through monitoring
eCommerce & Omnichannel Operations
- Coordinate between warehouse, customer service, and ecommerce teams
- Ensure timely processing of online orders and returns
- Oversee reverse logistics and returns management
- Monitor order fulfillment SLAs and last-mile delivery performance
- Work closely with the ecommerce team to maintain accurate stock availability online
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Liaise with 3PL partners and courier services within the UAE
- Monitor inbound shipments and customs clearance (if applicable)
- Optimize delivery timelines and return processes
- Ensure warehouse efficiency and proper stock handling
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
- Track KPIs including:
- Stock accuracy
- Order fulfillment time
- Return rate
- Delivery performance
- Identify operational improvement opportunities
Team Supervision & Support
- Support and supervise operational staff
- Assist in training new team members
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational procedures
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in retail operations within the UAE
- Experience in fashion, luxury, or multi-brand retail preferred
- Strong understanding of ecommerce operations and omnichannel retail
- Experience working with warehouse management systems and POS systems
- Knowledge of UAE logistics and courier networks
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field
- Experience working with ERP or OMS systems
- Experience handling GCC distribution is a plus
