Roles and Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription and OTC medicines accurately as per legal and company guidelines.
- Counsel customers on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and storage.
- Maintain inventory of medicines, check expiries, and ensure proper storage.
- Process billing, prescriptions, and insurance/claims where applicable.
- Ensure 100% compliance with drug laws and audit requirements.
- Support daily store operations including cashiering, customer service, and stock management.
- Coordinate with doctors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and documentation at the pharmacy.
