Retail Pharmacist - UAE Licensed

We are seeking licensed Pharmacists with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a retail pharmacy.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong customer service skills, solid OTC product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with UAE regulations
• Provide professional patient counseling on medication use, dosage, side effects, and interactions
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
• Actively recommend and promote appropriate OTC products based on customer needs
• Drive OTC sales while maintaining ethical standards
• Monitor stock levels, expiries, and merchandising standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Valid UAE Pharmacist License (DHA / DOH / MOH)
• Minimum 2 years UAE retail pharmacy experience (mandatory)
• Strong OTC product knowledge and sales ability
• Experience handling UAE insurance prescriptions
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Arabic is an advantage
• Experience in large pharmacy chains preferred
