Retail Pharmacy Area Sales Manager (Cluster / Area Supervisor – UAE)

We are hiring an experienced Retail Pharmacy Area Sales Manager (Cluster / Area Supervisor – UAE) to manage and drive sales performance across multiple branches. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a cluster, area supervisor, or area management role within the UAE retail or pharmacy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of retail pharmacy branches .
• Monitor, analyze, and drive overall sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.
• Conduct regular staff sales performance reviews to identify strengths, gaps, and training needs.
• Track and review category performance (e.g., medicine, vitamins, cosmetics, nutrition) to drive growth in underperforming areas.
• Conduct branch performance reviews covering sales, operations, compliance, and customer service standards.
• Carry out branch visits to ensure operational excellence and visual merchandising standards.
• Train, coach, and support branch teams to enhance productivity, product knowledge, and service quality.
• Coordinate with procurement, marketing, and promotions teams to optimize product visibility and sales performance.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to guide business decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
• Ensure all branches operate in compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cluster Manager / Area Supervisor / Area Sales Manager in the UAE retail or pharmacy sector.
• Strong track record in sales management, people leadership, and multi-branch operations.
• Proven ability to review staff sales, category growth, and overall branch performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
