Anchorage, Alaska

Position Type:

Full-Time / 30 hours a week | 3 x 10-hour shifts (Saturday-Monday, 11AM - 9PM)

Wage:

$16/hour

Position Summary:

As the welcoming face of our store, you will create a positive and professional environment for our customers, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they walk through the door. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality and customer service, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic industry. No prior cannabis industry experience required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally
• Check IDs and ensure full compliance with all regulations
• Manage digital and in-store menus with accuracy
• Keep reception, lobby, and common areas clean and inviting
• Handle front desk tasks such as visitor logs, badge tracking, and store opening/closing routines
• Support team onboarding and training of new hires
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a smooth experience

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail (hospitality preferred)
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong people skills
• Attention to detail, especially with IDs, logs, and compliance tasks
• Comfortable with basic technology, digital tools, and administrative duties
• Organized and able to stay positive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
• Passion for providing excellent customer service
• Alaska Marijuana Handler Permit & Municipality Food Handler Permit Required
