Job Overview

Djerbians Creations is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Revenue Operations Executive to support and optimize retail revenue performance across business operations. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring sales activities, improving operational efficiency, and supporting revenue growth initiatives within the retail division.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze retail revenue performance and operational metrics
• Support sales operations and revenue optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve retail processes and reporting
• Prepare revenue and performance reports for management review
• Identify operational improvements to enhance customer and business outcomes
• Ensure accurate tracking of retail sales data and operational activities

Requirements

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools is preferred
• Previous experience in retail operations, revenue management, or sales support is an advantage
