About Pin HQ
Pin HQ is the flagship store for GoPinPro, a family-founded brand built on a patented invention (the PinFolio) and a large collector community. We host Florida's largest pin trading event. We partner with major brands. Our Winter Garden store is where the community shows up in person, and the sales floor team is the reason they keep coming back.
The role
You're the face of the brand on the floor, and every shift is a chance to make someone's day. You'll turn a first-time guest who wandered in after a Disney park visit into a lifelong collector. Help a regular track down the pin they've been hunting for months and watch their face when they find it. Design custom PinFolios with patches, charms, and beadable keychains at our Charm Bar. Bring the hype on event days when the store is buzzing. Learn pins, pin drops, every regular's name, every story.
This is retail with a community attached, and the people who do it well shape how that community feels about us.
What we're looking for
Personality is everything. We can teach you Disney pins, our products, and our POS in a few weeks. We can't teach someone to genuinely care about people or to bring real energy through a busy Saturday shift.
You'll thrive here if you:
