Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Jewellery Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you'll drive sales through personalized consultations, showcase stunning pieces, and create memorable shopping experiences for customers seeking everything from everyday elegance to special occasion treasures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on jewellery selections, including styles, materials, care, and customization options.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship-building techniques.
• Demonstrate jewellery pieces effectively, handling delicate items with care and educating clients on authenticity, quality, and value.
• Maintain an immaculate sales floor, organize displays, and ensure inventory accuracy using POS systems.
• Process transactions accurately, including repairs, special orders, and layaway plans while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with the team to host in-store events, promotions, and workshops to boost foot traffic and sales.
• Stay updated on jewellery trends, gemology basics, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods.
• Passion for jewellery with basic knowledge of diamonds, precious metals, and gemstones .
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light items, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in sales software and basic math for transactions.
• High school diploma required; associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
