Retail Sales Associate Core Duties

• Cultivate client relationships through direct engagement and consultative sales techniques.
• Pinpoint customer requirements and offer customized AT&T Wireless solutions to boost business connectivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Administer and expand accounts, striving to achieve both personal and collective sales targets.
• Work alongside fellow Retail Sales Associates to formulate impactful outreach plans and bolster brand expansion.
• Acquire comprehensive product expertise and deliver services with assurance and professionalism.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualities We Look For in a Retail Sales Associate:

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or any people-facing position
• Strong communication, organizational, and people skills

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
