Are you passionate about storytelling through miniature worlds and creative projects?
Join the Rolife team as a Creative Advisor and guide our guests on a journey of imagination and artistry. We are looking for detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and guest-focused individuals to join us on a part-time basis and help cultivate a haven of creativity in our store.
Guide an Inspiring Creative Journey (80%)
● Act as a brand storyteller and project guide for our guests. Your primary focus is to create a memorable experience by welcoming guests into our world, understanding their creative interests, and connecting them with their next cherished collectible or DIY project.
● Share the magic of our miniature worlds. Develop an expert understanding of the intricate details, design stories, and unique characters behind our DIY kits and blind box series, inspiring both new and experienced makers.
● Ensure a seamless and positive checkout experience. Efficiently and accurately handle all sales transactions, ensuring every guest leaves feeling inspired and valued.
Cultivate a World of Imagination (20%)
● Create an immersive and inspiring environment. You will take ownership of the store's appearance, ensuring our displays are always beautiful, our demonstration areas are tidy, and our shelves are perfectly stocked to the highest brand standard.
● Manage our library of creative materials. Safely and efficiently assist in receiving merchandise and organizing the stockroom, ensuring our full collection is available for our guests to discover.

Do you have what it takes to spark creativity in makers of all ages?
● You possess a genuine passion for miniatures, crafts, collectibles, or storytelling.
● You have an eye for detail and an appreciation for art and design.
● You can communicate effectively and build genuine connections with team members and guests.
● You are able to process information and transactions accurately through a point-of-sale (POS) system.
● You can work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends as dictated by business needs.
● Physical Requirements: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Involves lifting at least 25-30 lbs.
● You must be able to provide sufficient availability to meet the needs of the business (e.g., up to 35 hours per week).

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
