As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll create memorable experiences for our customers, showcase cool products, and help our community feel at home.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome every customer with a smile and make them feel at home in our shop
• Share your knowledge and passion for our products—whether it’s apparel, skate gear, glassware, or lifestyle goods
• Give product demos, answer questions, and help customers make informed choices
• Operate the POS system smoothly, handling cash and card transactions with care
• Suggest complementary products and accessories to elevate the customer experience
• Keep displays fresh, organized, and visually appealing to reflect our unique vibe
• Manage stock and restock shelves to ensure products are always ready for customers
• Handle phone and online inquiries professionally while maintaining our friendly tone

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally in boutique, lifestyle, or specialty shops
• Comfort with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math
• Confident in demonstrating and explaining products to customers
• Bilingual skills are a plus to connect with our diverse community
• Excellent communication skills, upbeat attitude, and a professional yet relaxed demeanor
• Organized, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative retail environment
