Retail Sales Associate

Siany is an upscale privately-owned fashion boutique that sells clothing, accessories and gift to the local community of Westlake Village and beyond. At Siany, we specialize in creating a fun and personable environment that ensures a positive customer experience. We are currently looking to add a part time sales associate, who would like to work 20-30 hours per week, to our amazing team. Our ideal candidate is an energetic, style focused, and task orientated individual who thrives in a fashion forward environment. We are looking for someone who has strong customer services skills, and who is confident in their ability to style customers in looks they will love.

Responsibilities:

-Daily tasks include selling, ticketing new arrivals, merchandising, stock work, moderate store maintenance and performing opening/closing tasks.

-Building relationships with clients and building client books.

-Style customers for special events they may have, or to help expand their wardrobe and style.

-Stay up to date on new trends and product knowledge to better assist your customers.
-Contact customers when new merchandise arrives or to invite them to special events (Trunk shows, VIP events, etc.)
-Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting your co-workers and store goals.

Qualifications:

-Strong customer service skills.
-Personable demeaner and ability to grow relationships with customers on a professional level.
-Enthusiastic about fashion, styling and trends.
-Ability to multi task and help multiple customers at once.
-Strong organizational and merchandizing skills.

-Must be a team player who can demonstrate taking initiative and accountability.

Requirements:

• 20-30 hours a week
• Must be available to open or close and work weekends
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be reliable, responsible and punctual
• Please be 18 years or older to apply

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
