Retail Sales Associate

Job Purpose:
The Store Associate supports daily store operations by helping customers with product location, selection, availability, pricing, returns, and sale items. This role also includes setting up fashion displays, stocking shelves, cashiering, opening and closing the store, and keeping the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience required
• Cash-handling experience preferred
• Must have open availability during our business hours, Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00–8:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00–5:00 PM.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Must have strong organizing and cleaning skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to act with integrity and professionalism
• Ability to complete sales transactions using the POS register system
• Able to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision
• Must be comfortable spending most of the shift standing and walking
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and climbing ladders
• Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals
• Must be willing and able to drive for work-related tasks, including making local deliveries, completing cash deposits, and handling other store needs that require driving

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
