We’re currently seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual to join our dynamic staff. Position Overview

As a Center Associate, you’ll play a key role in providing world-class customer service, assisting customers with a variety of services including shipping, printing, packaging, and office solutions. You’ll operate store equipment and point-of-sale systems, offer product and service recommendations, and contribute to a positive and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Receive and process packages for shipment via multiple carriers
• Operate printing, copying, faxing, laminating, and binding equipment
• Educate customers on products, services, and best-value options
• Stay up to date on store offerings, promotions, and industry trends
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily store goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Ideal Candidate

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong computer and internet proficiency
• High school diploma or GED required
• Professional appearance and a friendly, helpful attitude
• Quick learner with a desire to understand all facets of the business
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
