Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate (Female) located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, offering product recommendations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Other duties include maintaining store cleanliness, processing transactions, managing inventory, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

Customer service and sales experience

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems

A passion for fashion and staying updated with current trends

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or related fields is a plus Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
