Retail Sales Associate

Role Overview

Retail Sales Associates are responsible to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, answering questions, providing product information, and assisting shoppers in finding items that meet their needs, creating a welcoming and helpful environment.
• Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, processing payments, handling returns and exchanges, and promoting current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive revenue.
• Receiving stocks, restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock or discrepancies to management.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, arranging displays, and ensuring products are presented according to company standards.
• Monitoring the sales floor, reporting suspicious activity, and following store security policies.
• Working with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet store goals, and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision

Qualifications & Experience

• Associate's degree or Diploma
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Excellent selling skills
