Overview

As a Spa Consultant, you’ll be the face of Glo—welcoming guests, maintaining salon cleanliness, and delivering top-tier service. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

• Ability to open/close salon independently (location-dependent)
• Able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 10 lbs
• Quick and efficient when cleaning or assisting clients

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Stay motivated and goal-oriented
• Recommend personalized products and services

Customer Service

• Deliver a one-of-a-kind experience for every client
• Provide exceptional support to new and returning guests
• Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Maintain a pristine salon environment
• Assist with deep cleanings and audit preparation
• Report equipment issues and perform basic troubleshooting

Compensation

$12-$15 per hour blended pay!
