Retail Sales Associate

Job Overview
We are expanding and adding another location to the Wichita market! We are in search of 2 candidates that will be in either our east or west location. We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and customer service, with a focus on delivering on exceptional hospitality. This position offers an opportunity to provide a much needed product to the marketplace. If you love food and people, you will love this job!

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques
- Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining visual merchandising standards

Requirements
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in appliance sales is a plus
- Proficiency in operating a cash register
- Ability to effectively sell products and services to customers
- Basic understanding of retail math principles

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
