Position Overview

CASA Unlimited Enterprises is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our airport retail team at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

We are specifically looking for individuals seeking full-time employment who have open availability, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evening shifts.

This is a fast-paced airport retail environment where strong work ethic, reliability, and positive energy matter. Our ideal candidates are individuals who enjoy staying busy, engaging with customers, working as part of a team, and taking pride in delivering a great experience to travelers from around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help travelers quickly find products and recommendations
• Promote featured items and upsell products naturally
• Operate the POS system accurately and responsibly
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floors
• Replenish merchandise and assist with visual merchandising
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness standards
• Work collaboratively with leadership and fellow associates
• Support inventory counts, promotions, and special events as needed
• Follow all CASA policies, airport regulations, and safety procedures

Retail experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right mindset and work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Basic math and cash handling skills required
• Open availability strongly preferred
• Must be able to pass:
• Criminal background check
• FBI fingerprint clearance/badging process
• Food Handler’s Card required upon hire

Airport retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule Expectations

This role requires flexibility and reliability.

Candidates should be available to work:

• Weekends
• Holidays
• Early mornings
• Evening/night shifts
• Peak travel periods

Open availability will be given priority during the hiring process.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend, reach, stock, and move throughout the store environment
