About the Retail Sales Associate Role:

As a Retail Sales Associate you will be on the frontline of daily customer interactions. Retail Sales Associates greet each of our customers in a friendly manner, answer any customer questions and most importantly present products and services to our customers. Our Retail Sales Associates uses current marketing campaigns to influence buyers’ choices, provides quality customer service, and helps to maintain a welcoming environment. Prior sales experience is not required, we provide job skills training. We are looking for personable candidates who are looking to put their people skills to good use.

Retail Sales Associate Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide optimal customer experience service
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to build the best Charter bundle for each customer
• Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Process transactions at point of sale
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Perform related duties in support of the store attaining its assigned sales goal
• Ensure displays are kept tidy and up-to-date
• Adhere to established operational guidelines, policies and procedures
• Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication
• Provide prompt and courteous service
• Demonstrates up to date product knowledge
• Provide customers with in-depth information about Charter services

Retail Sales Associate Job Requirements:

• A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Demonstrated communication skills
• The willingness to follow up with customers

• Reliable transportation to San Antonio, TX
