Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products that meet their needs. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and drive revenue
- Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and provide information to customers

Skills
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and calculating discounts
- Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features effectively
- Experience with cash register operations
- Strong sales skills to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
- Capability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively
- Strong focus on customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of retail math for tasks such as inventory management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
