Position Overview: As a Retail Associate at Brite Ideas, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations. You will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with product selection, processing sales, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Explain our products and services to customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits to help guide purchasing decisions.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are in stock and properly displayed on the sales floor.
• Merchandising: Replenish merchandise as needed, keeping the sales floor organized, attractive, and fully stocked.
• Sales Processing: Enter and process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Customer Service: Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations and maintain a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or other related fields.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
