Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Learn product knowledge to explain and educate to our customers.
• Utilize technical sales knowledge to recommend products that best suit customers' requirements.
• Good social skills. Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively approaching customers and closing sales.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Stay on current social media trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand content.
• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera for short-form video and social content.
• Create, film, and post engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice and aesthetic.

Experience:

• MUST be available for our mandatory off-site major shows - will further explain and discuss in the interview process.
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in electronics sales or wireless sales is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
