The Role

We’re looking for a friendly, upbeat, and reliable Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, has an eye for great products, and enjoys being part of a creative, community-driven environment.

You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, inspiring in-store experience while supporting both retail operations and our DIY craft bar.

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience

• Greet and engage every customer with warmth and enthusiasm
• Help customers find thoughtful gifts and make recommendations
• Create a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere

Retail + Merchandising

• Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Restock and merchandise products throughout the day
• Support seasonal displays and new product launches

Checkout + Operations

• Process transactions through our POS system (Square)
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Help maintain inventory and backstock organization

DIY Bar Support

• Reset and maintain crafting stations (paints, brushes, supplies)
• Assist customers with DIY projects as needed
• Ensure the space stays clean, stocked, and ready to use

Who You Are

• Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys talking with people
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive and willing to jump in where needed
• Creative or enjoys crafting (a plus, not required!)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

Schedule + Details

• Part-time (approx. 10–15 hours/week)
• Tuesday - Thursdays (maybe some weekends) 10am-4pm
