Job Summary
VividLuxe Nails is seeking a professional and self-motivated Sales Associate for our kiosk at Stonebriar Mall. We specialize in luxury, handmade, press-on nails. We are offering a consistent, set schedule at $12–$14 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus. This position is perfect for a professional who values a stable routine and enjoys engaging with people.

The Schedule

• 4 Weekdays: Morning Shift
• Saturday: Morning Shift
• Hours: 28–33 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Luxury Brand Representation: Maintain a bright, welcoming presence at the kiosk, ensuring every person who walks by sees a friendly face ready to help. We take pride in a positive work environment and need a team member who truly looks like they want to be there!
• Engagement: Must be friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with new people to actively invite shoppers to stop by and find their perfect nail look.
• Product Expertise: Educate shoppers on the sizing, application, and premium quality of our handmade acrylic and gel nails.
• Brand Presence & Presentation: Take full ownership of the kiosk’s appearance. This includes keeping displays pristine, managing inventory, and maintaining a professional, "ready-to-serve" posture even during quiet weekday mornings.
• Sales Excellence: Meet individual sales goals to contribute to the store’s success and earn your monthly bonuses.
• Operations: Handle opening duties, accurate cash handling, and inventory updates with high attention to detail.
