Retail Sales Associate / TikTok Live Host - Skincare Kiosk

No Prior Experience Needed (Must enjoy being on camera!)

We are hiring friendly, energetic people to join our skincare kiosk team at Glendale Galleria. This is a customer-facing retail sales role with a fun social commerce twist: you will help shoppers at the kiosk, process sales, demo skincare products, and participate in TikTok Live and Whatnot Live selling sessions.

This is a great role for someone who likes beauty, skincare, sales, content, live streaming, or talking with people. Retail experience is helpful, but we will train the right person.

Pay:
$17/hour base pay plus commission and performance bonuses

Schedule:
Part-time or full-time available
Flexible shifts
Evening and weekend availability preferred
Immediate start available

What you will do:
- Greet shoppers and introduce skincare products in a confident, friendly way
- Help customers choose products and check out
- Keep the kiosk clean, stocked, and professional
- Demo products and explain benefits clearly
- Join TikTok Live and Whatnot Live selling sessions
- Work with another team member during busy booth hours
- Track sales and follow simple store procedures

What we are looking for:
- Comfortable speaking with customers
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to start quickly
- Friendly, positive, and professional
- Interested in skincare, beauty, sales, retail, or social media
- Comfortable being on camera or willing to learn
- Able to stand during mall shifts
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have:
- Retail, beauty, mall kiosk, sales, TikTok Live, Whatnot, or customer service experience
- College student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
