Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service

Feel Rite Fresh Markets has immediate openings at our 2141 Delaware Ave, Buffalo location for both day and evening retail sales positions, Sunday is required. We're looking for well qualified and highly motivated individuals with lots of positive energy. Job requires a primary focus on driving sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

-Prior retail experience a plus and superior customer service skills a must.

-Day and evening shifts available, flexible schedules to meet your needs

-Weekend availability is required. 4 opening shifts and 1 close requirement per week. An interest in produce is a plus.

-Pay commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Strong understanding of retail sales and product demonstrations
- Basic math skills for transactions
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Upselling and merchandising experience would be beneficial
