Retail Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and product expertise.
• Present and promote fine jewellery collections, explaining the design inspiration, craftsmanship, and gemstone details.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-ups.
• Ensure the boutique displays, showcases, and merchandise are always presented in line with brand visual standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately and manage client records using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on the latest product launches, jewellery trends, and brand storytelling.
• Handle client concerns or after-sales requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support inventory management, stock checks, and visual merchandising as required.
• Uphold the brand’s luxury image and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,250.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Jewellery Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
