Retail Sales Consultant

We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join the Tanishq showroom team. The role involves delivering a premium customer experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of service, trust, and brand presentation in line with Tanishq’s values.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements
• Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and platinum jewellery
• Explain product details, pricing, purity, certifications, and making charges
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations
• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of jewellery
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and inventory movement
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Adhere to company policies, security guidelines, and store SOPs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
