Retail Sales Consultant

We are currently hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Billings.

This is a customer-facing position within a retail environment where you’ll be helping customers explore service options, answer questions, and guide them through simple account setups.If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a team-driven environment, this could be a great fit.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Greet and engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner

Assist customers with questions and provide clear, helpful information based on their needs

Stay up to date on current offerings, features, and available solutions to confidently guide conversations

Walk customers through account setups, updates, and general service requests

Maintain a positive and welcoming presence on the retail floor

Handle basic troubleshooting questions and provide solutions when needed

Support overall organization, cleanliness, and presentation standards

Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

Accurately document customer interactions and complete transactions as needed

Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

Training & Support

Paid, hands-on training provided

Ongoing mentorship and development

No prior experience required

Pay & Perks

$15–$20/hour base payWeekly pay (W-2)

Full-time availability required

Retail hours typically range between 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Weekend availability preferred

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

Reliable transportation required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Comfortable working on your feet and engaging with customers throughout your shift

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
