What You’ll Do

· Meet with qualified customers on pre-scheduled appointments.

· Uncover the customers’ concerns, wants and needs.

· Provide a detailed project plan or repair plan to solve the customer’s issues.

· Deliver an exact project price during the initial visit.

· Close sales in-person with each customer.

· Manage your pipeline through a top-tier CRM.

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after installation.

· Generate new business via referrals, events, networking, and prospecting.

· Represent the brand at community events and home shows.

What We’re Looking For

· Knowledge of sales, marketing, and Customer Service principles.

· 1+ years of experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement industries is a plus, but not required

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· High self-motivation and accountability.

· Comfort using CRM systems and mobile technology.

· Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

· Knowledge of basic construction practices preferred but not required.

· Ability to use measurement tools.
