Responsibilities

· Provide outstanding customer service, establishing rapport and trust with customers.

· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our jewelry collection, materials, and craftsmanship.

· Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and occasions.

· Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the store.

· Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the presentation of our products.

· Collaborate with the team to create engaging promotions and events.

· Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.

Qualifications

· Proven track record as a successful sales executive in the retail industry.

· Experience in the retail jewellery industry is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers.

· High School education or equivalent

· Fluent command of spoken English

· Strong passion for sales with an eye for design and quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
