Window Treatment Showroom Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and personable Showroom Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, helping clients transform their homes with high-quality window coverings, including blinds, shutters, shades, draperies and fabrics. Experience with Hunter Douglas products is preferred but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Greet showroom visitors and guide them through our product selections, explaining the features and benefits of various blinds, shutters, and motorized options.
• Design Assistance: Help clients select styles, fabrics, and finishes that complement their home aesthetic and functional needs.
• Quote Management: Prepare accurate price estimates and manage orders from initial consultation through to installation scheduling.
• Showroom Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment with updated displays and samples.
• Lead Follow-up: Proactively communicate with potential customers via phone and email to answer questions and close sales.
• Administrative: Assist with phones and administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, interior design, or home improvement is preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn product specifications and use basic CRM or quoting software.
• Detail-Oriented: Precision in taking notes and processing orders to ensure a perfect fit for every client.
• Availability: Must be able to work showroom hours, including Saturdays, flexible schedule options.
