Job Purpose
The Retail Sales Engineer is responsible for managing and growing retail sales of power generators by developing relationships with customers and dealers, while providing technical guidance and closing sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and repeat clients.

Identify new retail sales opportunities and expand the existing customer base.

Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on customer needs.

Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and close sales effectively.

Achieve monthly and annual retail sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after‑sales support.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the power generator industry.

Proven experience and strong network in the retail sales business.

Good technical background in generators or related equipment.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems.

Holds a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
-
Holds a transferable Kuwaiti residency.
