The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling plywood, laminates, veneers, and related interior products to walk-in customers, dealers, and contractors. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plywood and related products.
  • Provide detailed information on product features, prices, and after-sales services.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure proper showroom presentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for product availability and delivery.
  • Keep up to date with product trends, new launches, and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in the plywood, laminates, or building materials industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with good negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowled

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
