Role Overview
Rizan Gold is looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused female Sales Executive for our retail outlet in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate must have sales experience in jewellery or retail, excellent customer service skills, and added talent in social media content creation, especially video making, product showcasing, and post designing.
This position is perfect for someone who can handle walk-in customers and also support the branch’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Sales & Customer Service
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate gold, diamond, and jewellery items with confidence and product knowledge.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Provide a premium customer experience through professional service and follow-ups.
2. Product Knowledge & Showroom Presentation
- Maintain detailed knowledge of jewellery types, karats, diamonds, designs, and pricing.
- Support showroom merchandising, stock arrangement, and visual presentation standards.
- Ensure all products are displayed neatly and securely.
3. Social Media & Online Marketing Support (Preferred skill)
- Create short product videos, try-on demos, and promotional clips for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Assist in creating photo posts, reels, and marketing content for the branch.
- Engage customers online when required and promote new arrivals or offers.
- Collaborate with management on digital promotions.
4. Billing & Documentation
- Process invoices, handle POS systems, and manage customer transactions accurately.
- Assist in stock handling, inventory updates, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat sales.
5. Store Operations
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and ready for customers at all times.
- Follow company policies, security protocols, and customer safety standards.
- Support other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail sales (jewellery experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is a plus).
- Presentable, confident, customer-oriented personality.
Preferred
- Skilled in social media content creation (video recording, reels, editing, posts).
- Experience in online marketing for jewellery or similar industries.
- Dependent visa candidates are strongly preferred.
