Retail Sales Executive

Hiring: Sales Executive – Philipino ( Male/Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Provide detailed product knowledge on carpets, rugs, materials, textures, and maintenance.
• Guide customers with recommendations based on size, design, and color requirements.
• Manage showroom display and ensure carpets are arranged neatly and attractively.
• Handle measurement inquiries and coordinate with the warehouse/installation team.
• Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and process customer payments.
• Maintain customer database and follow up on leads for potential sales.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain professional service standards.
• Support stock checking, showroom inventory updates, and product tagging.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in carpet, flooring, home décor, or retail sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and convert them into sales.
• Basic computer skills (billing experience is a plus).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and professionalism.
• Philipino ( Male/Female)
• Immediate joiner highly preferred.
