Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage and onboard new clients for Demat and trading accounts to drive sustained business growth.
- Promote and sell a wide range of financial products, including equities, mutual funds, SIPs, IPOs and insurance solutions, based on client needs.
- Effectively manage and convert company-provided leads while proactively generating new prospects through referrals, networking and targeted outreach activities.
- Support clients through the end-to-end account opening process, including KYC verification and trading activation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free onboarding experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue and acquisition targets as defined by the organization.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, product offerings and regulatory guidelines to provide accurate, timely, and compliant advice to clients.
