Job Description

Ooredoo is seeking a sales-driven Retail Sales Executive to promote and sell telecom products and services in retail stores. In this role, you will assist customers with mobile plans, devices, and service upgrades while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and telecom plans
• Promote mobile, internet, and device offerings
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Handle billing inquiries and service activations
• Maintain store presentation and product displays
• Provide after-sales support and customer assistance

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in retail sales or telecom industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work flexible retail hours

Work Hours

Typical shifts may include:

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Compensation & Hourly Pay (Qatar)

Estimated Monthly Salary: QAR 5,500 – QAR 9,000
Estimated Hourly Pay: QAR 32 – QAR 52/hour
